Senior Account Executive/Account Manager
Manage outreach and pitching opportunities. Develop and plan creative content, manage case studies, research ideas and personalise external outreach. Ensure all social media channels are being used effectively and proactively. Manage client and staff meetings, provide day to day mentoring and direction to direct reports. Ensure you are aware of all client coverage as it appears; manage the sell-back process as needed. Take responsibility for features databases. Find opportunities to pitch; develop relevant, winning pitches. Manage accurate reporting process. Maintain high standards and accuracy whilst managing a number of small, global teams. Assisting the Account Director with managerial tasks.
