Global Managing Director
Tim joined Touchdown in December 2024, bringing 25 years of B2B tech PR experience to the agency and its growing base of enterprise technology clients. Tim has extensive expertise as a strategic counselor with specialties in communications campaign planning, business media relations and thought leadership program strategy and execution and crisis communication. He has worked with startups, emerging growth companies and Fortune 1000 firms across enterprise sectors, including AI, cybersecurity, IT services, storage and SaaS. Tim is based in the Boston area and he oversees Touchdown’s Austin and Basingstoke UK offices and teams.
Ben Ralph

Originally a law graduate, Ben moved into communications after working in technology sales. With experience ranging from cyber security, networking and unified communications to HCM, consumer technology and industrial design, Ben works with the Touchdown UK team to deliver results-focused PR campaigns for some of the most exciting and ambitious technology brands in the world.

Amy joined Touchdown in May 2026, bringing extensive experience leading global communications programs for technology brands and a passion for storytelling. Amy has helped both Fortune 500 and startup companies build category leadership through integrated communications programs, bold executive positioning, and sharp messaging.
Specializing in AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity across B2B and consumer tech, Amy is known for translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that help her clients win new audiences and outpace competitors. Based in Chicago, Illinois, Amy leads the U.S. Touchdown team, focusing on client strategy, business growth, and team development.

Hannah is one of Touchdown’s long-serving team members. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, she leads accounts for a variety of exciting B2B technology brands. Her areas of experience range from storage, cybersecurity, disaster recovery & backup, and cloud services.
