Touchdown Visits The Bavarian Christmas Markets With Journalists & Clients

Hattie Curl, Account Executive

Tuesday 4th December saw our colleagues from the Touchdown German team host their annual Christmas Markets event in Munich.

The evening saw clients, Touchdown colleagues and journalists mingling together and chatting over mugs of Glühwein in the picturesque Christmas markets in the city centre.

With around 15 journalists confirmed and 20 clients too, the wooden hut where the event was held was bustling and full of interesting people to talk to. Whilst there was no snow this year – just some rain! – our spirits weren’t dampened.  The markets made for the perfect festive location to chat about technology, security, Christmas and everything in between.

As well as getting to know our clients and journalists better in a relaxed environment, as an international agency it is so important for us to be nurturing our relationships with each other, too.  Having spent time with some of the team in Bandera, Texas, at our offsite on a ranch earlier this year, it was great to see some familiar faces and catch up, as well as meet other members of the team.

The event was successful and I look forward to continuing to socialise with the team, clients and journalists at more events in 2019 and beyond.
